Ravi Ghai is a distinguished Mumbai-based businessman and the Chairman of the Graviss Group, a conglomerate with strong footholds in hospitality, luxury hotels, and food brands. His journey is rooted in a legacy initiated by his father, Iqbal Krishan ‘IK’ Ghai, affectionately known as the “Maharaj of Ice Cream”, who founded the iconic Kwality Ice Cream brand and pioneered fine dining through ventures like the Natraj Hotel in New Delhi.

As a graduate of the prestigious Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration (Class of 1966), Ravi Ghai returned to India in 1967 to take the reins of the family business.
