Banana Ball coming to Disney World in 2026 — what it is, when/where it’ll happen, how to get tickets, and what to expect

 What is Banana Ball

  • Banana Ball is an entertainment-driven twist on baseball (created by the Savannah Bananas). It mixes sport, comedy, and theatrical performance. 

  • Rules are unconventional: fans catching foul balls count as outs; bunting is not allowed; batters can steal first base; no walks; no mound visits; etc.

  • The games are designed to be fast-paced, fun, with crowd involvement, music, trick plays, etc. 

 When & Where at Disney World

  • Dates: May 29 & May 30, 2026.

  • Location: ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resort, Florida. Specifically “The Stadium” there.

  • The match-up: Loco Beach Coconuts vs Party Animals. The Loco Beach Coconuts are a new team in the Banana Ball Championship League.

 Tickets / Access


  • Tickets will be available via a ticket lottery system. 

  • You’d need to register for the lottery by November 1, 2025. 

  • Ticket price starts at about $35. 

What the Game Experience Will Be Like

  • Expect lots of fan interaction and surprises. Things like choreographed plays, music between pitches, trick throws, celebratory moments.


  • The venue “The Stadium” in ESPN WWOS has ~9,500 seats, open-air suites, skyboxes, etc. So it’ll be a more intimate but lively setting.
